Construction
Frames are kiln dried mixed hardwood frames, double doweled and corner blocked
Springs are No-Sag, fully arched and tied from side rail to side rail. Seating corners are double sprung to prevent fall-off.
Construction is a well padded hard edge seat with heavily padded sides, both inside and out, padded back, front rails, arm tops and back rails. Also a very unique independent deck suspension.
Standard Seat Cushions
Each piece is standard with the seat cushion that we feel best complements that style. Cushion types which are standard include:
UD Cushion (UD): a combination of premium urethane foam with polyester fibers encased in a ticking.
Luxury Spring (LS): a soft seating cushion build with a Marshall spring unit encased in a urethane core, wrapped in a polyester fiber and enclosed in a ticking. This cushioned is designed to create a more casual, relaxed and wrinkled look.
Spring Lux (SL): this cushion features a Marshall spring unit encased in a urethane core. Then a soft-cell foam layer is applied to the top and bottom and is sewn into a ticking. This cushion creates a more tailored look
Optional Seat Cushions
Comfort Firm (CF): this is a firm seating cushion built with a firm Marshall spring unit enclosed in a urethane core and sewn into a ticking.
Luxury Spring(LS): a soft seating cushion built with a Marshall spring unit encased in a urethane core, wrapped in a polyester fiber and enclosed in a ticking.
Memory Lux Seats (MLS): this cushion features a core of Pluralux (latex-like) foam with layers of cisco-elastic foam on top and bottom. Please contact us to inquire on pricing..
Optional Back Cushions
Memory Lux Backs (MLB): this back features a core of soft-cell foam, with a layer of cisco-elastic foam on top and bottom. Please contact us to inquire on pricing.
Optional Pillow Filler
Luxury Down is a Pillow Filler with a blend of hypoallergenic feathers and down. The combination is 90% waterfowl feathers and 10% waterfowl down enclosed in a down-proof ticking. Only available on any buttonless standard or accessory pillow.
